Join us for a special opportunity to support the well-being of your beloved animal companion through gentle energy healing. Judy Roche will be offering Animal Reiki sessions designed to help promote relaxation, balance, and emotional comfort for pets. Judy Roche is a certified Animal Reiki practitioner in the Let Animals Lead method and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Levels I and II. Her deep love for animals has been a lifelong journey caring for animals, especially those most in need of healing. It all began as a child, the girl who brought the strays and injured animals home. Over the last 10 years she has volunteered in the community fostering dogs, volunteering at rescues and shelters and a member of the SARA: Shelter Animal Reiki Association. On Judy’s journey to deepen her commitment to animals, she discovered Animal Reiki. The Let Animals Lead method of Animal Reiki centers around providing a safe space for animals to choose how they want to participate in a session with the goal to induce deep relaxation and relieve stress. This is highly effective with animals who are sick, injured, pre/post-surgery, traumatized or dying. It is also a wonderful release for service/working animals. A session typically looks passive to us. Animals are sensitive to energy and human touch, and the passivity of a session is received positively that then allows for self-healing and balance of their energy. The use of hands is not necessary and only if the animal invites it. Judy can share a session with any animal. For example, she may be in a field providing a session for 8-10 horses, a one-on-one to a scared shelter dog or a distant healing session for loved pet. Her first experience working with Animal Reiki was with her 29-year-old horse, Aledo, who had developed cancer and euthanasia was recommended. Although there was no cure, Judy shared many sessions with her horse, promoting relaxation over her last few months and providing a space to pass peacefully. She was free from fear, stress, and anxiety. A session is truly a wellness gift for your companion animal.
