Dancing effortlessly between the realms of spirituality, creativity, and nurturing connections, I embody the essence of a multifaceted soul.

​

As a Yogini, I've delved deep into the ancient wisdom of yoga, holding a prestigious RYT 500-Hour certification from The Himalayan Institute. With over two decades of dedicated practice and more than fifteen years of guiding others on their yoga journey, my teaching resonates with experiential knowledge and a profound understanding of various styles. Additionally, I channel healing energy as a Reiki Practitioner, infusing my sessions with tranquility and balance.

In the realm of artistic expression, I've pursued my passion with fervor. My artistic odyssey has taken me from the hallowed halls of the University of Antioquia in Colombia to diverse creative sanctuaries like the San Antonio Community College, Southwest School of Art & Craft, and the Honolulu Museum of Art School. Whether capturing the essence of nature with plein air painting alongside luminaries like Mark Brown or exploring the depths of human emotion through other mediums, art is the canvas upon which I weave my innermost thoughts and emotions.

Yet, beyond these titles and accomplishments, I am first and foremost a living soul. I cherish my roles as a daughter, sister, wife, and mother, finding profound fulfillment in nurturing meaningful connections and being a steadfast friend.
